Return Policy
At Hammock Naps, every product is made with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns & Exchanges
  - Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  
  - Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  
  - Exclusions: Due to the nature of our products, custom/personalized items, decorated cookies, and perishable goods are non-refundable. Digital products (downloads, PDFs) are also final sale.
  
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Process
  - Email us at contact@hammocknaps.com with your order number and reason for return.
  
  - Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending back your item.
  
  - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  
Refunds
  - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  
  - Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
